Acupuncture involves the insertion of thin, solid, single-use, sterile needles into the skin. Acupuncture needles may be placed in areas of tenderness or in any of the 360 traditional acupuncture points in order to induce a therapeutic effect. A variety of acupuncture styles are used such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Japanese styles and different microsystems (auricular, abdominal, and scalp). The insertion of these needles elicits a therapeutic response and can improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.


Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a holistic practice that involves the manipulation of the body soft tissue, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments to improve physical and emotional well-being. It is performed by trained and licensed massage therapists using various techniques to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, enhanced circulation, and improve overall health.


Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique developed by Miami Usui that involves channeling, universal life, force energy (often referred to as “Rei-ki") through the practitioner to the client. This energy is believed to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

Erin Soule is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 22 years of experience and a lifelong dedication to energy healing. She graduated from North Country Community College in 2002 with an A.A.S. in Applied Science in Massage Therapy, laying the foundation for her distinguished career.

As an Intuitive Reiki Master and Guided Meditation and Sound Healing Facilitator, Erin brings a wealth of expertise to her holistic practice. Her passion lies in assisting others on their healing journey, helping clients achieve harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

Committed to excellence, Erin stays up to date on education, continuously learning new massage modalities while nurturing her spiritual growth. She has been recognized for her exceptional work, receiving the Press Republican’s Readers Choice Award for Best Massage Therapist in 2021, 2023, and 2024.

Outside of her practice, Erin finds joy in homesteading, canning, and building projects. She cherishes time spent at her peaceful home in the woods, surrounded by family, friends, and animals.

Danielle (“Dee”) graduated with honors from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (FLSAOM) of New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in Seneca Falls, NY. There she completed over 3,000 hours of intense didactic and clinical training to receive both a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Danielle has experienced clinical training in both the United States and China at the Zhejiang University Hospital in Hangzhou, China. She has practiced in a variety of clinics including the Seneca Falls Health Center, NYCC Campus Health Center, and the VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, NY.  She was the recipient of a Distinguished Service Award and a Clinical Excellence in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Award while at FLSAOM of NYCC. 

Before pursuing a career in Chinese Medicine, Danielle completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. Danielle goes above and beyond for her patients and is committed to providing a safe and positive environment to facilitate the healing process. She is excited to continue sharing all that she’s learned after being away for over seven years with her beloved hometown. In her free time she enjoys spinning, yoga, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
